"Yeah, I’m Not Exactly Filled With Confidence"
I don’t know, something about this shop just doesn’t feel all that legit. Maybe I’m being picky, but the whole vibe didn’t exactly scream “trustworthy business,” which is always super comforting when you’re trying to buy something.

I tried to return my order and it turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. Everything was through slow emails, and I couldn’t get an actual person to talk to, which made it even more frustrating. It’s been days and my refund still hasn’t shown up. I definitely won’t be ordering from silverandsagellc.shop again.

I ordered from silverandsagellc.shop because the prices seemed reasonable, it turned out about like I expected. The item isn’t anything super high-end or fancy, but it looked like the photos and the quality feels good for what I paid. Shipping did take a bit longer than I was hoping, though I kind of forgot about it for a couple days anyway, so it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again if something catches my eye.

I don’t know, it just felt super cheaply made. I barely used it before it started falling apart, and the whole thing was frustrating. Definitely not what I expected.

"Shipping was okay, just not super fast"
I ordered from Silver and Sage LLC the shipping was fine, but kind of just average. It didn’t take forever or anything, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but I was hoping it would move a bit quicker.

The tracking also seemed to update slowly, which made me keep checking and wondering when it was actually going to show up. The package did arrive in good condition, so that part was totally fine, I just wish the shipping had been a little faster, you know?

"Pretty accurate description overall"
The item was close to what the site described. The size and color matched well, and my sister even thought it looked nice when she saw it. Shipping was fine too. I took off one star because the photos made it look a little brighter than it actually is.

I ordered from silverandsagellc.shop and the item was fine, nothing really stood out either way. Shipping took longer than I expected, and support did reply, just sorta slowly. Overall, it was okay but not anything special

I don’t know why it took as long as it did, but customer service did eventually get back to me. I had to wait a bit and send a follow-up before I got a clear answer. To be fair, they were polite once they replied, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the response time had been quicker

The site was frustrating to use. Pages kept loading weird for me, and like I said, it just didn’t feel smooth at all. Checkout was confusing too, like I said, I had to stop and figure out what was going on instead of just finishing my order...

"Packaging was okay"
My order showed up fine, but the box was a little bent and the tape looked messy. Nothing was broken, so it’s okay overall, just not the best packaging
